Our speaker will be David Baker, the Founder and
Director of Wimberley Valley Watershed Association. David will talk to us about Jacob's Well. Jacob’s

Our speakers for April were representatives from the Save Our Springs Alliance. Bill Bunch, Executive Director, addressed current issues impacting Barton Springs and our local waters; Bill will also discuss education and advocacy efforts. Managing Director, Pat Brodnax, spoke on SOS education outreach efforts.
Our March speaker was Steven Gonzales, a native Texas and specialist in historic trails of our state.
Our February speaker was Larry Hopper, a meteorologist for NOAA - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Weather is obviously his topic! Larry talked about climate issues (drought/flooding and long-term forecasts) and 2/3 of the talk on severe weather safety.
Our January speaker was our own member Jacque Austin who spoke about Costa Rica and her recent trip there.
